Before you contact support
- Restart the app and try the affected route or export again.
- Check whether location permission is enabled for FlyerTrack.
- If GPS points seem incomplete, confirm that route tracking was active during the delivery round.
- For export issues, verify available storage space and that the share sheet opens normally on the device.
